Mainly the Media is making these claims on the drastic weather changes in the past 30 years. In 1975 the government forced the idea into the minds of citizens by stating another ice age. Also in 1975 Random House printed a bokk called “ The Weather Conspiracy” , D.C. Newsweek did a cover issue warning the public of the global cooling. A year later reports on so called “ signs ” that Earth may be headed to another ice age. The major effects on climate change are the polar ice caps are melting fast possibly causing massive floods, putting lives at risk. The skeptics are mostly citizens questioning these climate changes that the government is stating. They have a valid argument on whether the claims that are made are true or false. Some believe the claims, but in my observations of the government, its very difficult to believe them because they tend to give false information.
